Payment Terms & Security Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. 
The remaining 50% of the rental fee may be paid over time, with the final balance due no later than one (1) 
week prior to the event date. 
A $150 refundable security/damage deposit is required for all events. The security deposit is due prior to the 
event date and must be paid in full no later than one (1) week before the event. The deposit will be returned within 
seven (7) days following the event, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations. 
Helpful Notes: All packages include full kitchen access. Decor is not included in package pricing. Additional hours are available at $50/hour. Holiday and specialty event pricing may apply.
